Poll Results

If you recall, in a previous post, I inquired about my readership’s level of exercise. In order to scientifically gather the results, I generated an online poll to determine the number of hours we all spend exercising per week. The results are in!

The most significant conclusion is that my readers are doing pretty well, although there is room for improvement. See below for the results…

16% of the respondents said they worked out 1 – 2 hours per week
24% of the respondents said they worked out 3 – 4 hours per week
8% of the respondents said they worked out 4 – 5 hours per week
12% of the respondents said they worked out 6 – 7 hours per week
4% of the respondents said they worked out 7 – 8 hours per week

Do you think this reflects America's exercise involvement, accurately? I would be interested to know your thoughts...

I would hope that this is not average. I would have liked to have seen what state the people lived in too.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to gather that sort of information. If you voted, what state are you in now?
