If you recall, in a previous post, I inquired about my readership’s level of exercise. In order to scientifically gather the results, I generated an online poll to determine the number of hours we all spend exercising per week. The results are in!
The most significant conclusion is that my readers are doing pretty well, although there is room for improvement. See below for the results…

24% of the respondents said they worked out 3 – 4 hours per week
8% of the respondents said they worked out 4 – 5 hours per week
12% of the respondents said they worked out 6 – 7 hours per week
4% of the respondents said they worked out 7 – 8 hours per week
