We Are What We Do... What Do You Do?

Recently, my friend turned me on to this gym concept out of Salt Lake City, UT called GymJones. Heard of them? Well, you've seen their results if you have watched the movie 300. Their tag line says it best: 

...Gym Jones - Power, Speed, Endurance, Suffering and Salvation...

The philosophy of the gym is go hard, or go home; there are no magazines here. And let me tell you folks, this is the kind of gym I'd love to build in Durango, CO. The concept is all about the hardcore athlete in all of us, and that's what we have here in Durango. The big mountains require focus, skill and suffering to enjoy.
