Do we rely on digital services instead of our memory these days? Ever been in a meeting when someone says, "I didn't see that email?" You know you sent it, have to go back and dig through your sent file and then re-forward what you already sent. You wonder, what was the point of sending this if recall was a problem!?!?! In large part, we are flooded with information these day. Without a good memory, one really can't blame a forgetful mind. That said, we've been inundated with information for years and in the digital workplace, shouldn't it be required to recall lots of information?
