I just can't get enough of this idea... That passionate people drive this world! I had the great fortune of listening to the President of the Parelli company speak about passion and the lust, wonder, love and people that make his company so great. He brought home to me that people just want to buy from people who love their products. And why? What comes from that?
Think about it... Just like a great leader, a passionate sales person/CEO will get across the value of a product with enthusiasm and passion much more effectively than a boring one. We all like to watch exciting people, whether that be Tony Robbins, the guy on the street corner speaking about the end of the world or a sales rep. So that's the trick... Finding your passion, speaking it, and working for it.
