The Most Important Sales Person Attribute...

Gratitude!!! No one built an entire company all by their lonesome! It takes a team of people to construct an idea. The lone-wolf mentality won't get you very far, if the rest of the pack doesn't follow you!

No, teams build companies, and just as important are customers and partners! Over the holiday break, I took several hours out of my day to thank customers and partners for taking a risk with our products and services.

Without these folks, you wouldn't have much of a revenue stream to build your company, and I've learned that the best sales people have a strong sense of gratitude! Try it out... Personally thank your partners and customers for their commitment, and loyalty!
