Yeah... But!

Ever have one of those conversations, likely at your work place, where you speak to an idea and someone says, "Yeah, but....." To interpret: interesting idea, but not really what is going to work at all. This kind of communications kills collaboration. Some folks call this reaction, and others, an idea-stuffer! In other words, the best parts of our humanity, or communication, falls to the ground and burns to death. But there is hope!
