Alan Watts, the man who really explained Zen Buddhism to the US, offers up a remarking question: what if you could dream 75 years into the future? What kind of life would you be living? What would you be doing differently? How would you live your life now, and with others? Personally, I've only partially answered this question.
Watts posits that what you are doing now has a connection to the dreaming question. If you aren't closing doing exactly what the dream states, you need to dream differently. I believe his point is that we can all do what we want, if we dare to live our dreams.
